MSSI Indore Chapter celebrated India MS Day at the Phoenix Citadel Mall on A.B. Bypass Road, Indore on 5 February 2023. The chapter distributed brochures among the public for spreading awareness about MS and MSSI. 15 PwMS and their families joined us for the event. Mr Anil Borkar, PwMS and Treasurer, Indore Chapter sang for the audience. A selfie booth was arranged for clicking pictures. The event ended with some great snacks at the food court.

Around 25 people gathered at 10 am in the premises of district court of Indore for the MS walk on the occasion of IMSD event. The walk was symbolic. After the walk, we had breakfast at the Indian Coffee House and had discussions on the Advocacy project of M.P and fundraising events.
We, at Indore Chapter, had an amazing interaction with Dr. Passi (Neurologist) and Mrs. Renuka Malakar (MSSI National Secretary) on Sunday 28 July 2019 from 12 pm to 3 pm. Around 25+ PwMS and Caregivers attended at Hotel Lemon Tree, R.N.T. Marg, Indore. We also announced our working committee of all PwMS working for PwMS. There were also some wonderful creative ideas of fundraising and projects discussed even while having special Indorean lunch.
Indore Chapter organised a medical camp for WMSD. This was attended by 125 persons .
Medical health check included sugar test, blood pressure test and Korean based acupressure therapy. This therapy was very much appreciated by MS persons and caregivers.
There was an interactive session on affordable treatment for MS between neurophysicians, MS persons and caregivers, guests and members of MSSI Indore Chapter.
Event ended with refreshments.

We celebrated WMSD by hosting a friendly football match at D.A.V.V. University, Football ground, Khandwa road, Indore on 28 January 2017, Sunday from 7.30 am to 10.30 am. Around 50 people were present at the event. The match was played between Orange and Blue team, each comprising of 11 players for 45 minutes. The Orange team was from the Sporting Union Football Club and the Blue team was from DAVV Football Club. Eventually the Orange team won over the Blue team with goal 1-0 score. After the match mementos were distributed to all the players, refree and coaches by our chairperson, Dr. Manish Bandhisthey. Finally, the WMSD event ended with typical Indori refreshments (Poha and Jalebi).
