Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2011 after three years of symptoms and two bouts of optic neuritis, I initially felt shocked and overwhelmed. My life, as an active musician, teacher, mother of three, and wife of a busy doctor, was turned upside down. However, by embracing lifestyle changes like exercise, a balanced diet, and a positive attitude, I learned to accept my new reality and slow down.
Today, I’m grateful to continue pursuing my passions as a musician and music teacher, now also as a grandmother and founder of my own music school.
I’m thankful for the support of MSSI, my loved ones, yoga therapist, neurology team, and anthroposophic physiotherapist.
