
On the occasion of World MS Day, CIET-NCERT Concludes Five-Day Online Training on Mental Health, MS and Accessibility
The Central Institute of Educational Technology (CIET), NCERT, under the aegis of the Ministry of Education, Government of India, organised a five-day online training program on “Rethinking Mental Health, Multiple Sclerosis, and Accessibility” from 18th to 22nd May 2026. The program was conducted in line with NEP 2020.

18 May 2026: MSSI Delhi Hon. Chairperson Bipasha Gupta spoke on -“Demystifying Mental Health, Global Accessibility and Multiple Sclerosis” along with Dr Bharti Kaushik, Head MPD, CIET- NCERT, and Dr Priyanka Lenka, Assistant Professor, National Institute of Mental Health Rehabilitation, NIMHR Sehore.
20 May 2026: “Meenakshi Bhujwala, Hon. Treasurer, MSSI Delhi addressed the session _Beyond the Invisible: Navigating the Challenges of Multiple Sclerosis & Support Systems with Dr Kamakshi Dhamija, Senior Neurologist, MAX Vaishali.
Program Reach:– 12,560 people registered after completing a pre-training questionnaire. The survey revealed that 56% of registrants already knew about MS, 44% were not aware of MS, and 20% had attended other programs on Multiple Sclerosis.
