Awareness Session at Department of Social Work, University Post Graduate College, Secunderabad

MSSI, Hyderabad Chapter had an impactful session at the Department of Social Work, University Post Graduate College, Secunderabad, on Feb 15th.

In line with India MS Day celebrations, the faculty discovered MSSI through the inspiring book “Unbreakable Spirit” by Ms. Farida Raj (Committee Member, MSSI Hyderabad Chapter). Dr. Shanker from the Department of Social Work reached out to Chairperson Ms. Meena Gupta, and an enlightening awareness program was organized.

Ms. Seema Sharma, Secretary Hyderabad Chapter, captivated the 1st-year Masters in Social Work students with a comprehensive PPT, covering the inception of MSSI Hyderabad, MS awareness, services, advocacy, and more. The main goal was to create awareness about MS among young adults.

The engaging session concluded with a Q/A, where Ms. Arti Mittal, Jt Secretary, and Ms. Dimple, Committee Member and Youth Wing Leader, clarified doubts and shared insights. Cheers to MSSI, Hyderabad Chapter, for fostering awareness and empowering the next generation!
